The objectives of this project are:
Design of a cloud platform accessible from various devices for the management of quality controls in stuffing, slicing and gas and vacuum packaging processes.
The platform integrates IoT scales for automatic weighing collection. Controls include welding, atmosphere, metal detection, weight and packaging, with the ability to parameterize them and create new processes. Staff record results via tablets, with user records and date/time. Incidents are automatically notified to the quality manager, and photos can be attached. The visual interface shows the status of production lines and prioritizes weight control, including the integration of new scales.
