The main objectives of this project are:
Design of a cloud-based platform accessible from various devices to manage the weight control of sliced product trays.
This system allows the automatic recording of control weights directly onto a cloud platform, providing accurate and updated data on the effective content of each tray. Thanks to this automation process, human errors in manual data entry are eliminated, and the weight control process is significantly streamlined.
The system, in addition to ensuring weight control accuracy, facilitates the analysis and management of all collected data, offering the possibility to generate detailed reports on product weight and other relevant indicators for strategic decision-making. This real-time information allows for production optimization, waste minimization, and ensures that products meet the established weight specifications according to regulations.
