TECH-SLICE. Collaborative platform and BI to integrate energy and production data in slicing rooms

This TECH-SLICE project was approved under the AEI 2023 funding line and focuses on improving sensorisation in slicing rooms in the meat industry.

The initiative combines production and energy data collected through sensorisation and digitalisation to provide a more integrated view of the process.

From captured data to decisions

The collaborative platform and Business Intelligence component transform technical records into more useful information for controlling temperatures, energy consumption and production variables.
